Facial Moisturizer is part of the SeneGence for Men line of products designed for their specific needs. So is a man’s skin really different from a woman’s? Yes! Besides facial hair, there are biological skin differences between men and women.  Whether a man uses soap and water or steals his partner’s skin care products, there are specific reasons that men need their own skincare.

  1. Men’s skin is 25% thicker; additionally, their skin is also tougher

  2. Men’s skin is oilier, leaving them shinier & more prone to breakouts

  3. Men’s pores and hair follicles are larger, leaving them prone to blackheads

  4. Men have a higher collagen density than women. That’s why men tend to maintain their youthful look. But here’s the caveat: because men are less skin savvy than women, they tend to not use skincare and sun protection as much. UV damage from the sun can add years to a man’s skin and negate the benefit of slowed intrinsic aging.

Facial Moisturizer provides non-greasy, oil-free, pure hydration to skin. It is infused with Hymagic™- 4D, a complex which includes a combination of four kinds of Sodium Hyaluronate (HA)  that hydrate the skin from the inside out while also providing 24-hour moisturization and anti-pollution protection.

In addition, the solution AquaxylTM helps alleviate dry skin by acting on the 3 mechanisms of natural hydration:

  • Reinforcing the skin barrier

  • Optimizing water reserves

  • Maximizing water circulation

 Aquaxyl™has shown to significantly moisturize the skin by reinforcing the skin barrier to limit water loss. When optimizing water reserves, hydration and skin elasticity are improved, helping to plump the skin.

Additionally, Facial Moisturizer helps to control oil and sebum production. The complex Gransil EP-9 is designed to have a strong mattifying effect on skin and offers effective sebum absorption and oil control.

Other nourishing vitamin such as Panthenol (vitamin B), Retinyl Palmitate (vitamin A), and Tocopherol (vitamin E) help to promote healthy skin tissue and elasticity while vitamin E helps to reduce UV damage to skin.

Hydrating and soothing ingredients such as Seaweed Extract and Cucumber Extract help to balance and moisturize skin to reveal a fresh, healthy complexion.

Application Techniques

Following cleansing and shaving, squeeze a dime size amount of product onto fingers and gently massage into skin for an immediate boost of moisture and SPF protection.

  • Apply generously and spread evenly by hand 15 minutes before sun exposure

  • Reapply at least every 2 hours

  • Use a water resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating
